DTF 101
What is DTF printing?
DTF - Direct-to-Film - is a modern printing method where your artwork is printed onto a special PET film with CMYK inks and a layer of white ink behind it. A hot-melt adhesive powder is then bonded to the print, making it ready to heat-press onto almost any fabric.
Unlike screen printing, DTF has no setup fees and handles full-color, photo-realistic artwork beautifully. Unlike vinyl, the print feels soft and stretches with the fabric. Unlike sublimation, it works on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas - even dark colors.

"Switched from screen printing for short runs and never looked back. Color match is unreal and turnaround is half the time."
"The gang sheet builder is the best I've used. I can fit 40 designs on a 22x24 and the prints come out crisp every single time."
"Pressed a hundred shirts for a fundraiser last weekend. Zero peeling, zero complaints, and the kids loved the colors."
